Beta Three Makes its Mark at Beta Kyungmin College Gymnasium

Kyungmin College, located in Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea , was founded in 1991. Kyungmin College was established upon a commitment to contribute to greater humanity by focusing on national education, religious education, and education that fosters independence, respect and faith.

Kyungmin College Gymnasium, with a sitting capacity of 6000, is used to host ceremonies, physical classes, sports training and art performance. After many years' services, the old sound reinforcement system required to be upgraded in 2009.

The new sound was supplied by the distributor of Beta Three in Korea. The system consisted of 8 Beta Three line array TLA121 speakers per side for the main hangs, Beta Three T18W sub bass embedded in the wall, and some Beta Three T15F cabinets flying in the middle of the ceiling for centrel fill. A total of eight W8LM (4 x 2) cabinets were used for front fill. Beta Three digital processor DP26 was used to  equalize and set delays for the system.
